Senior Medical Coder
Full-time · RemotePerform high-quality MedDRA and WHODrug coding for pharma and CRO clients. Manage queries, support convention development, and contribute to dictionary upgrade projects.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical coding experience (MedDRA and/or WHODrug)
- Strong working knowledge of MedDRA hierarchy and SMQs
- Experience with query management and coder reconciliation
- Familiarity with EDC systems and clinical data management processes
Full Stack Software Engineer
Full-time · RemoteBuild and maintain features across the Clinpex Coding Platform, Coding API, and MedDRA Browser. Work on problems that span UI, backend services, and clinical data.
- Proficiency in React and a Node.js or Python backend
- Experience with relational databases and REST API design
- Comfort working with domain-specific data (medical dictionaries a plus)
- Pragmatic, product-minded approach—you ship things that work
Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist
Full-time · RemoteGuide new clients through CCP onboarding, provide ongoing support, and serve as the primary contact for day-to-day questions. Bridge between clients and the product team.
- Background in clinical data management or a related field
- Excellent written communication and comfort with technical concepts
- Experience in a client-facing role within a SaaS or services environment
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
Clinical Data Specialist (Contract)
Contract · Remote · Flexible hoursSupport coding and data review projects on a contract basis. Suitable for experienced coders or CDMs looking for flexible engagement alongside other commitments.
- Solid understanding of MedDRA coding principles
- Previous clinical data management or coding experience
- Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable working to defined SLAs
- Availability to commit to project timelines when onboarded
