Commencing our services is a streamlined and efficient procedure that typically allows us to initiate within a few days. The primary factor that may influence the timeline is the establishment of legal arrangements, such as contracts, which can vary depending on the responsiveness of involved legal departments. Rest assured, we are committed to accommodating your specific needs and can promptly commence the process to align with your requirements.

The requirement for dictionary licenses is contingent upon the data transfer process. If the coded data is transmitted to you, and subsequently passed on to the sponsor(s), you would need dictionary licenses. However, if we directly deliver the coded data to the sponsor(s) without involving you, then licenses may not be necessary (assuming the sponsor does not share the data back with you). In essence, if you receive coded data at any stage, dictionary licenses would be required. It is important to note that we diligently ensure the provision of coded data only to current license holders. However, the subsequent handling of the data is beyond our control. Before supplying coded data to any party, we conduct verification of their active subscription to comply with licensing requirements.

Expedited assignments are always possible. We prioritize delivering high-quality results promptly, and a reasonable surcharge as outlined in the contract may apply for such tasks.

While it may not always be the same individual coding your data, rest assured that your project will be consistently handled by our dedicated team of qualified employees. Our coders operate collaboratively, maintaining consistent accuracy through ongoing communication and adherence to client-specific coding conventions. Having your own coding guidelines is not mandatory. If you lack specific guidelines, we will utilize our "standard" coding guidelines to code your data.

While the differences are many, the primary difference is that the desktop application is meant for limited coding requirements available in a very cost effective model whereas the coding platform is meant for enterprise use cases with configurable coding workflows and integrations with external systems.
